ATM Technical Support Analyst

  • Negotiated and managed SLAs with NCR, Burroughs, Chubb, and Securitas; restructured dispatch workflows and vendor contracts to deliver $1M+ in annualized cost savings while maintaining infrastructure availability targets.
  • Maintained >98% uptime across ~3,500 ATMs (Canada & U.S.) by triaging hardware, software, and Layer 1–3 network faults; escalated incidents through ITSM workflows using Vision, PaymentsOne, and Data Navigator.
